good value This drum kit was perfect for our needs and nearly half the price of the local stores. It’s good quality There are 5 things I’m going to nitpick about it: 1) The snare is a piccolo snare so is slightly smaller and slightly higher-pitched than a standard snare and it doesn’t have a dampener. This is okay for practice at home but I really wish the drum had a dampener. 2) My son didn’t need the snare for use at school so to keep it safe (and lighten his load) we keep it at home.
