Works great. Well i got these as i had a couple very old 1960 guitars past down to me and wanted to keep them away from the ground and looking good on the wall.The arrive in a small box and now when i took them out of the box the build quality is great.They feel superb and nice and smooth no rough edges.For installation it was very very simple i marked the wall and then i ended up just using my own wood screws as they were longer and i was mounting to studs in my basement wall in entertainment…
One arrived chipped, supplied drywall screws hold weight of acoustics well I bought these to hang a dreadnaught acoustic and a 15/16 scale acoustic guitar. One wood block arrived chipped on the corner and some of the finish had been removed, it was the size of a fingernail, but still a little noticeable. I chose not to send them back because I really did not care to wait for another set to be shipped to me. Using the supplied drywall screws was sufficient and so far they hold on the wall beautifully, not sure if it would do well for a heavier electric guitar – but…
