The Trinity River Guitars RSN1AS 39.25″ Mudslide Square Neck Resonator Guitar is designed to be played as a lap instrument and is typically used in bluegrass music. Wretched Workmanship and Quality Control! Extremely poor workmanship! The internal support for the cone is misaligned, the spider bridge hole is not centered which causes the spider to seat improperly on the cone, and the physical workmanship (cutting, gluing, assembly, etc.) is shoddy at best (router marks, slips of tools which mar the surface). Because the spider seats poorly, the spider bridge butts up to the resonator arch, making the adjustment of the wooden string bridge nearly impossible so the strings don’t align with the neck…
A Very Handsome Instrument Very poorly constructed When I received The Guitar I thought WOW what a handsome instrument. then, When I started to play it.buzz and Rattle. I removed The cover plate, spider and cone and What a MESS. The sound Wellwasway out of kilter, the cone was only making contact with the sound well rim about 60 percent of the circumfrance.the spider bridge was very sloppily fitted to the spider.
