What you don’t know…. What you don’t know can really discourage other people. Now I’ll admit I’m no great banjo picker, but I am an amateur luthier. It’s obvious that the previous reviewer doesn’t know how to set up an instrument before you sit down and play it. I think this is a wonderful begining or for that matter travel banjo. Heck I might even consider stepping up on stage with it. It has a lovely sound when the head is tuned properly and when the tuning machines are snugged up there’s no slippage at all…
