Great customer service. Good sound. I purchased these for a friends guitar because she wanted Martins. When I strung it up for her, the high E untied it’s self and appeared to have broke. After inspection, I found it just untied and contacted Martin. They sent out a new set without any issues. Quite great customer service. The strings sound pretty good on her old Martin guitar. Just as a background, I’m an amateur guitarist, I’ve only played for about a year, but before that I played piano for a few years when I was 8 or so, and played violin for 6 years, up through 7th grade.
