Great amp for price
Hartke gets it right! I love everything about this amp. Compact size, Great Power (Loud without distortion up to volume 8), versatile tone settings, articulate high end without the harshness of some tweeter type combos. This is not a tube amp but I am able to dial in some “Ampeg” type sounds by dialing up the contour control. Dialing the contour control back yields more modern “Jaco” style tones. The tone controls are very responsive. I wish there was effects send and return…. But for the price…
