Best for your phone on a boom. I’m sorry other people did not like this, but I find it’s just what I need. I had been putting “cheat sheets” with the cords to songs on the floor, near the base of my mic stand. pretty awkward. This clamps into the boom and I can position it so that I’m looking past it as I’m singing/playing. Does what it needs to, some minor annoyances, but is secure and lets you rotate your phone as well! This mount has served me well. Simply put, it lets me mount my phone where I want to.- Build quality feels decent… enough. Sure, it could use some tougher plastic, but once it’s mounted firmly and securely, you won’t even notice the plastic anymore.
