This is just personal preference for a rank amateur using an e-kit. After trying these I still prefer the 5A Anti-vibes for general use on the e-kit, and don’t think the heavier, thicker 5B Anti-vibes do anything different, apart from possibly beating up the pads some more. Though they might be more comfortable if you have hands like a blacksmith. However, I have found them very useful on the practice pad, which in turn makes playing the quiet e-kit that much more enjoyable. So it’s perhaps…
