I’d say that a pic is a personal choice, that depends on the size of your hands & fingers, and the kind of tone you get when you play. I have still not been able to find a better pick. If there was a negative to these picks, it is that I wear them out within a few songs. I go through about 6,7 picks in a typical 4 hour show.
