Good But Not Great First of all, I love Elixir strings for my guitar. They last so much longer than regular guitar strings. However, as banjo strings, the coating used to give longer life seems to effect the sound of the strings, most notably the fourth string. I normally change my banjo strings every two to three weeks. It’s not the most enjoyable part of playing, but certainly a necessity, So, given my like for their guitar strings, I thought I would give them a shot for the banjo so I could hopefully go…
