Excellent purchase; works better than you’d have thought possible a few years ago. There are reviews all over the internet and by now I’m sure you’ve seen them. I’ve been very happy with this pedal and what it adds to my rig. I play in a worship band almost every Sunday. We often find a a need for extras sounds and musicians. This pedal allows me to create some new sounds and emulate some traditional Mellotron sounds. The tracking is perfect and the a few of the tones are excellent. If you like this kind of thing… Subjectively, I’m not that crazy about the sounds created by this box except maybe the cello setting (which is a bit on the raspy side). In person it doesn’t sound much like the YouTube vids. I don’t like the attack range or especially the sustain (the component tones of the aggregate effect decay at different rates). The effects vary considerably in character according the note being played which is easily noticed as you play a scale — the tones in the aggregate sound seem to invert from…
