Good quality bass strings. I have literally tried just about every brand of string and I always find myself drawn back to using the D’addario Pro Steels. I currently have a warwick corvette bass with EMG passive pickups. I find that the medium gauge strings aren’t too thick but not too thin, they’re medium and perfect for my playing preference. These strings combined with the EMG’s and my Fender Rumble amp have proven to be a great combination. I get thick warm yet very bright tone. The sound I get when I have both…
