Pleaseantly surprised I am not a fan of D’Addario strings for bass, but I am glad I listened to a couple reviews of these particular strings for drop tuning. I play in one band that uses Eb tuning for blues rock covers where I need to use a 5-string active Fender Jazz bass, again, not one of my preferred products (I mostly play Warwick and Ken Smith basses, which do not have the sound or look for this band’s target market).
