Simply frustrating program flaw UPDATED: I upgraded my review from 2 stars to 4 stars. Apparently the software is compatible with 64-bit systems, the problem I was having was my antivirus software was deleting one of the files the program needed to run when I downloaded it. So if you turn off your antivirus this works very well. Besides only accepting two formats (MP3 and something else) the program is exceedingly simple to use and it’s a pretty cool little item for so cheap. Will make a great christmas gift this…
Great for adding sound clips to older pinball machines or automobile alarm systems I have used these to add sound clips to my Bally Star Trek pinball machine and to add KITT sounds to my auto alarm systems. I was initially concerned that the low sampling rate might render the clips poorly, but for these purposes, the 12khz to 16khz sampling rates sound adequate. The batteries do not last long but are cheap, so you can either keep a bunch of the button cells around or you can solder in a battery holder and put some AAAs or larger batteries in to last years.
