I LOVE this piano. I ordered this piano and was a bit concerned about such a large and heavy item being shipped without any problems. Not only did it show up on time, but it was like I picked it up from a local music store. It was packaged very well. I assembled it in about an hour and the instuctions were very clear. First of it is packaged in a very thoughtful and efficient manner. The package is very dense much like how you find expensive china or crystal packaged. Not much wasted space and minimal Styrofoam.
