Yamaha packages these so that the bearing edges of the bass drum and floor tom ride on floor of the cardboard box — I got one that had two cracked shells. It was delivered on it’s side, though clearly marked to keep it upright. Amazon does nothing to augment the poor packaging. Also the boxes are marked two-person carry. GREAT SET, HORRIBLE PACKAGING BY YAHAMA Great set. There is a mountain of material on what a great value this set is from Yamaha. I researched it carefully and you won’t be disappointed — if it arrives safely. The Honey Amber color looks more wood tone in the pictures, but it is a bright orange color. I wasn’t expecting that and sent it back, but if you like orange, you’ll love it. I now have different color (Cranberry Red) and love it. Yamaha does not package these well and Amazon does nothing to augment that poor packaging…
