Hubby loves these – He says they would be great for beginners and apartments, ect. These took us about 2 hours to set up, mainly because we had no idea what we were doing and didn’t read the book. It turns out, it wasn’t really needed, these are pretty simple. You do need a sound source- like headphones or an amp or a powered speaker. It takes a 1/8 inch jack. We connected an older Peavy amp to ours and that worked great.These have a variety of styles of drums to use. The control panel is very easy to use, and there’s an app that can be used as well.
