These do the trick if you don’t want to carry a heavy/bulky practice pad around with you. I took them on a trip when I didn’t want to take my 12″ pad or buy a smaller pad that would still be heavy, so I took these instead. As expected, the feel is not as nice as with a pad, but you can get a decent rebound as long as you use a hard surface.
