I bought it for the purpose of connecting a digital piano to an combo amp however, what I failed to check before start is, the midi connection on the amp.While the Piano is 5 pin female midi connection (requiring a 5 pin midi male connection cable), the amp is 3 pin male midi connection (requiring a 3 pin female midi connection).
