With fingers crossed I ordered this one and was overjoyed with every aspect of the Makala Shark This is a replacement for an ADM ukelele which I ordered from Amazon for about half the price of this one. The ADM, as other reviewers mentioned, smelled of paint and was of inferior quality as far as sound and appearance. I could not give that as a gift to my niece who selected the light blue color she wanted in a uke. I returned it for a full refund very quickly. Great beginner ukulele; bundle is worth the extra $$ The first of these I ordered arrived damaged, but it was easy to return. The second arrived in great shape. The bundle is more expensive than buying the same ukulele alone, but it is definitely worth it if you do not already have a tuner and a hard carrying case (Amazon sells a similar tuner for about $8 and a similar carrying case for $35). Obviously the tuner is a must for getting it ready to play. The nylon bag that normally comes with the uke will do nothing to protect it. I bought this…
