Electro-Harmonix Bass Micro Synthesizer XO Analog Synthesizer
The Bass Micro Synthesizer has the same feature set as the Micro Synthesizer, but includes a trigger and filter sweep range especially tailored for bass guitar. The same fat analog synth textures give your bass a whole new range of possibilities: from percussive stabs to backwards-sounding bowed sounds.

Awesome bass fx pedal I’ve tried all bass synth pedals and this one is the best! Fantastic fat moog-type sounding effects. It tracks notes beautifully too, unlike others that can be a bit sloppy catching the notes off your bass. You will have a lot of fun with this little winner! Think of the bass sounds in the songs ‘Lets Groove’ by Earth Wind & Fire and ‘Jive Talkin’ by the Bee Gees and you’ll get an idea of the type of sound it produces – that fat analogue Moogish-type synth bass…
Not for Active Basses I loved this pedal in the demos I watched and was excited to get it. However, when I tried it with both my guitars, both active – one 9V and one 18V, I got a strong distortion on anything below an open A string. The synth sounded great on the G string, but degraded the lower you went. I tried every adjustment to the gain, no affect.I really wanted this pedal to work. Perhaps I just got one with a bad circuit board. I tried a number of “preset” sounds and nothing changed…
