Great strings, but would recommend lighter for beginners These strings are definitely high quality and worth every penny, hence the five stars. The tone is perfectly balanced across strings, and they settled in after only a few days of light playing. I don’t think they’re right for me, though, and as reading reviews has been very helpful for me in choosing strings I wanted to add my own experience for others as well. I have been playing on them for about three months, a couple hours a week or so.I am new to the mandolin and bought these…
