The designs with gold or silver elements are made with actual metallic thread, though, which is not comfortable on bare skin — not a problem if you’re using this on a dreadnought, because you’ll have the buckle pulled down close to the end and all you’ll feel is the remarkably-comfortable back; but if you’re strapping a Strat or other small solidbody the strap will be doubled back and the pattern will be on the back of your neck.
