Real heavy duty but……. These hangers are built like tanks. Very sturdy and solid. The issue I have with them is the size and design of the mounting plate. I have guitar hangers all over the house have a lot smaller foot print with only two mounting screws. Not a huge deal but the backs of these plates are not flat. They have a small rim that would actually be making contact with the wall.
